Primary Responsibilities

• Trainee – Finance Team | Milan - We are looking for a motivated and talented Trainee to join our Finance team in Milan.
• What you will do

• Assist on financial transactions, including corporate finance, real estate finance, acquisition finance, project finance and debt capital markets
• Conduct due diligence and document review
• Draft contracts, legal memoranda, and transaction documents

Qualifications, skills and experience

• Italian Law degree (completed or near completion)
• Genuine interest in banking and financial law
• Fluent both in Italian and English
• Proactive, detail-oriented team player with a commercial mindset
