We are looking for a POS Operations Support Coordinator to support the daily operations of our POS Service team.

The role focuses on ensuring smooth processes, monitoring performance, and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor daily operations and resolve issues promptly
  • Ensure SLA compliance and track performance metrics
  • Analyze data and recommend process improvements
  • Coordinate and communicate across teams
  • Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution
  • Support internal communication and team efficiency
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Business, or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in operations or service coordination
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (BI/reporting tools are a plus)
