Sales and Business Development
- Drive Sales for both Perkins new equipment and product supports to achieve branch revenue Mplan and forecast.
- Manage and handles sales inquiries.
- Identify New business sales opportunities in Sarawak Region
- Develop and maintain good relationship with key and potential clients in the local areas.
Branch Operations
- Oversee daily operations of the branch to ensure efficiency and compliance
- Ensure proper implementation of the company policies, procedures and service standard.
- Manage and monitor branch monthly financial performance target i.e. revenue and expenses as per budget plan.
- Liaise with clients and HO team for factory test plan.
Customer Service Excellence
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through quality service rendered.
- Handle escalated customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
Leadership
- Lead, coach and develop branch team to meet performance goals
- Conduct monthly branch performance with team.
- Plan staffs training with HQ & HR
- Foster a culture of accountability and motivation and continuous improvement.
ESH
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory and ESH policy
- Identify and manage risks related to operations and customers service.
Report
- Prepare and compile sales and operations monthly report and submit to head office on branch performance.
- Analyze data and recommendation for improvement
