ABOUT THE ROLE

As our Head of Legal (m/f/d), you will build and own our legal function from the ground up, reporting directly to the CFO. You own matters end-to-end, work closely with the executive team, and keep us legally sound while we move fast.

This is not a support role – it's a seat at the table during one of the most exciting chapters in Codesphere's growth.

WHAT YOU'LL DRIVE

• You own corporate governance, group structure, and board and shareholder matters – including captable and employee incentive plan administration
• You maintain subsidiaries across jurisdictions and handle statutory deadlines
• You draft, review, and negotiate customer, partner, and supplier agreements – and protect our IP
• You co-own compliance and GDPR frameworks, working closely with our IT security experts
• You monitor regulatory developments and advise the executive team accordingly
• You lead legal due diligence and coordinate with outside counsel for funding rounds and M&A

WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT FIT

• 8+ years of legal experience – ideally a mix of law firm and in-house scale-up background
• Solid background in commercial law – able to own contract negotiations and IP related topics without outside counsel
• Comfortable with corporate matters and stakeholder management
• Working knowledge of GDPR and compliance frameworks
• Fluent in German and English
• Munich-based or open to making it your home
