Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing insights and recommendations to drive growth and achieve business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize growth opportunities, and develop comprehensive plans to capitalize on them
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to uncover new business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, fostering a culture of trust and collaboration
  • Monitor and report on the performance of growth initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and driving continuous optimization
  • Provide subject matter expertise and thought leadership to support the development of innovative solutions and strategies

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a business development, strategy, or growth-focused role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically, identify growth opportunities, and develop comprehensive plans to drive business results
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful insights
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Adaptable and resilient, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
