The Opportunity

We’re hiring our first sales representative in the state of Alabama.

This is a true territory ownership role — you will be responsible for building LiquorBee’s presence across the state and capturing as much market share as possible (~1,400 liquor stores).

This is not a traditional “inside sales” job.

This is a field-driven, entrepreneurial role for someone who wants to build a book of business and create long-term income through residual commissions.

You’ll prospect, walk into stores, build relationships with owners, close deals, and grow a recurring revenue stream that compounds over time.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the Alabama territory and drive new customer acquisition
  • Prospect through a mix of outbound outreach and in-person visits
  • Walk into liquor stores to engage owners and decision-makers directly
  • Set meetings, run demos, and close new business
  • Build strong relationships with store owners and managers
  • Follow up consistently and persist through rejection
  • Manage your pipeline and territory with a high level of ownership
  • Collaborate with the broader team to refine messaging and approach

What Success Looks Like

Within your first 6 months

  • Ramp to closing 8–10 new accounts per month
  • Build a strong pipeline across your territory
  • Establish a consistent, repeatable sales rhythm

Within 12 months

  • Own a meaningful share of the Alabama market
  • Build a book of business generating significant monthly residual income
  • Position yourself as the go-to LiquorBee representative in the state

Who We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years of sales experience (SaaS, POS, or payments experience is a plus)
  • Highly motivated and financially driven — you want to build a big income
  • Comfortable with 100% commission and betting on yourself
  • Strong work ethic — you’re willing to do the activity others won’t
  • Resilient and persistent — you handle rejection and keep going
  • Excellent interpersonal skills — you can build rapport quickly with business owners
  • Entrepreneurial mindset — you take ownership and operate independently
  • Comfortable working in ambiguity and building something from the ground up
  • Willing to be in the field every day, meeting customers face-to-face

Compensation & Upside

  • 100% commission-based with uncapped earnings
  • 6-month draw to support ramp period
  • Earn 15% recurring revenue per account
  • Average account generates ~$1,200/month in revenue
  • → ~$180/month in residual income per account

Realistic earnings trajectory

  • ~6 months: ~$100K+ annualized run rate
  • ~12 months: $200K+ annualized run rate
  • Continued growth as your book compounds over time
