Composed of churches, organizations, and advocates across the country, the More Than Enough Community is determined to achieve our shared vision of more than enough for children and families before, during, and beyond foster care in every US county. Position Summary
- The Christian Alliance for Orphans seeks a professional with a strong track record of local network building, relationship building, and catalytic visionary leadership.
- The Manager of Local Network Mobilization plays a key role in helping expand the number and strength of local foster care networks nationwide.
Primary objectives include
- Build regional and state partnerships to launch county-based networks.
- Represent MTE offerings that strengthen local collaborations.
- Guide local networks toward long-term health and impact.
Location: Remote
Position Type: Full-time
FLSA Status: Exempt
Reports to: National Director of More Than Enough
Travel: Travel will likely average 3-4 trips per quarter. Travel will generally include the CAFO Summit, the annual CAFO staff retreat, and other events/activities hosted by CAFO and its partners.
Essential Responsibilities
- Build regional and state partnerships to launch county-based networks.
- ● Initiate and nurture relationships with state and regional foster care leaders, church mobilizers, and aligned partners.
- ● Identify and pursue opportunities to start new local foster care networks.
- ● Represent More Than Enough’s mission and distinctives with clarity and credibility.
- Represent MTE offerings that strengthen local collaborations.
- ● Communicate the value of MTE offerings and connect leaders to the most relevant next steps.
- ● Collaborate with the MTE team to strengthen outreach tools and messaging.
- ● Track engagement and follow-up to ensure momentum toward launch and growth.
- Guide local networks toward long-term health and impact.
- ● Provide coaching and practical support to emerging and established networks.
- ● Share field insights with the MTE team to inform future strategy and resources.
- ● Support peer learning communities of collaborators as needed.
Candidate Essentials
● A committed follower of Jesus Christ who can wholeheartedly af fi rm the mission and vision, deepest commitments, and guiding principles of the CAFO community.
● Proven capacity to do work of excellent quality while managing extensive details and meeting multiple deadlines.
● An eager learner who enjoys thorough research and has the ability to distill complex learnings into clear recommendations
● Relational sincerity and warmth, with proven capacity to earn the trust and goodwill of both co-workers, partners, and learners.
● Strong computer literacy and the ability to learn a variety of software and web-based programs. Frequently used programs include the Google suite, Keynote, and Hive.
● Effective communicator, both verbally and in writing, with a passion for sharing the good work God is doing.
● CAFO prioritizes proven strengths, character, and calling over speci fi c skills, and is willing to train the right individual. However, a related degree and substantive experience in similar and/or highly relevant undertakings is preferred.
● Evidence of solid decisions via analysis, emotional intelligence, experience, and spiritual wisdom.
