We’re on a mission to grow Rewire’s business by leaps and bounds, and we’re looking for a Working Student – GAIN to help us reach our goals. You’ll have the incredible opportunity to work with a team of experienced professionals in the world of data & AI, who have a heart for translating complex data & AI and leadership concepts into state-of-the-art trainings.

You’ll help develop high-quality training materials, support the delivery of trainings, and drive our continuous improvement – all as you deepen your own expertise and contribute to Rewire’s thought leadership in the industry.

Where you’ll make a difference

• Innovate training content – explore opportunities to deliver our training materials in new formats such as videos, e-learnings, or custom-made applications
• Shape outstanding training programs – create and maintain state-of-the-art materials, case studies, and exercises for our existing GAIN training initiatives
• Support training delivery – assist with the preparation, execution, and follow-up of training sessions internally and/or for our clients
• Build the future – enhance our clients’ capabilities by training them to work with data and AI both in their daily activities and at a more strategic level
• Improve our delivery – support the evolution of our learning platform and ensure that all participants enjoy an excellent (learning) experience
