About the Role

  • The Manager - E-Commerce Marketing Procurement is responsible for day-to-day
  • operations activities of an e-commerce business, including the development, management,
  • and optimization of the online store
  • The person will report to the General Manager - E-Commerce Business. The incumbent will
  • have to work as part of a multi-functional team and this involves collaboration with the
  • internal team and external stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities

  • Driving sales performance, analyzing past performance, and setting realistic targets
  • Ensuring the online experience is user-friendly and on-brand, and managing customer
  • retention and loyalty programs
  • Spearheading digital marketing efforts, and analyzing competitors to identify opportunities
  • and threats
  • Making decisions about products, pricing, and promotions
  • Writing management reports on sales performance, and presenting insights to
  • stakeholders
  • Using historical data to forecast future trends
  • Conducting experiments to test different website elements, marketing campaigns, or
  • pricing strategies

Other Requirement

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, AMS, and Performance Marketing.

online marketplace advertising campaigns is desirable.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Acrobat for document editing and management is preferred.
  • Understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics,

marketing dashboards, or campaign tracking tools) is desirable.
