About The Role
Key Responsibilities
- Perform smooth check-in and check-out processes for guests.
- Manage room reservations, cancellations, and modifications with attention to detail.
- Provide guests with accurate information regarding hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room availability and guest satisfaction.
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records of transactions.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English; additional language proficiency is a plus.
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a hotel or front desk setting.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in hotel management software (PMS Opera is a plus).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong customer service orientation and a friendly demeanor.
