Janitor

• Kowloon Junior School is looking for a cleaner to join the site team.
• Main Duties 職責

• To keep all designated areas clean and tidy at all times 時刻保持校園範圍清潔及整理
• To carry out day-to-day cleaning, disinfecting, minor maintenance and repair work 負責校內日常清潔、消毒及簡單維修工作
• To assist in setting up venues for school events, including moving furniture and equipment when needed 協助佈置場地，包括重搬運桌椅、傢俱及重物等
• To assist in woodworking projects 協助校內木工工作
• To assist in gardening work e.g. plant watering 協助校內園藝工作、包括淋花、清除去水渠內垃圾等
• To handle other assigned duties 處理其他由主管安排的雜務

Requirement 資歷/要求

• Fluent in Cantonese - fair in English would be preferable 操流利廣東話 - 懂簡單英語者可獲優先考慮
• Good standard of hygiene to carry out cleaning and disinfecting work 具良好衛生常識，熟悉基本清潔及衛生工作
• A team player who is positive, hardworking, responsible and trustworthy 具團隊合作精神、樂觀積極、勤奮、有責任心及值得信任
• Good time management skills and flexible in handling daily tasks 具良好的時間管理及處事靈活變通的能力，按時完成每日指派的工作
• Ability to follow instructions and self-motivated 能按指示及自覺性地完成工作
• Successful candidate without any prior experience in woodworking and repair work will be considered as a Cleaner 如成功申請人未符合所有要求，將會被聘請為清潔員工

Remuneration 待遇

• 15-day annual leave 年假15天

Working Hours 工作時間

• Mondays to Fridays 星期一至星期五
• 7am to 4pm or 7:30am to 4:30pm 早上7時至下午4時 或 早上7時30分至下午4時30分
• Including 1-hour lunch break 包括1小時午膳時間
