Ihre Aufgaben

• Planung und Betreuung von Werkzeugen und Betriebsmitteln für die Produktion
• Analyse von Fertigungsprozessen und Ableitung werkzeugtechnischer Anforderungen
• Erstellung von technischen Spezifikationen sowie Lasten- und Pflichtenheften zur Beschaffung von Werkzeugen und Produktionssystemen
• Koordination und technische Abstimmung mit internen Schnittstellen (Fertigung, Konstruktion, Qualität) sowie externen Lieferanten bei Änderungen und Neuteilen
• Begleitung von Werkzeugneuentwicklungen, Änderungen und Optimierungsmaßnahmen
• Sicherstellung der Werkzeugverfügbarkeit unter Berücksichtigung von Kosten-, Termin- und Qualitätszielen
• Unterstützung bei Serienanläufen, Verlagerungen und Prozessverbesserungen
• Dokumentation und Pflege relevanter Planungs- und Stammdaten
• Vorgabezeiten kontrollieren und Zeitaufnahmen nach REFA erstellen

Unsere Anforderungen

• Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium, vorzugsweise in der Fachrichtung Produktionstechnik oder Maschinenbau mit Berufserfahrung
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Zerspanungstechnik, Werkzeugoptimierung und einem CAD-System, idealerweise Siemens NX
• Selbstständige, sorgfältige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise, hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie Teamfähigkeit
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office
• Erfahrungen in SAP-Anwendungen und REFA-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
