Als verlässlicher Business Partner unterstützt Finance die Unternehmensbereiche und arbeitet eng mit den zentralen Funktionen des Konzerns zusammen.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir einen engagierten und qualifizierten Internationalen Bilanzbuchhalter (m/w/d) , der mit Fachkompetenz und Gestaltungswillen eine Schlüsselrolle in der Rechnungslegung übernimmt. Sie bringen Ihre Expertise aktiv in die Weiterentwicklung unserer Abschlussprozesse ein und tragen maßgeblich zur Transparenz und Qualität unserer Finanzzahlen bei.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen nach IFRS, HGB und Steuerrecht
• Erstellung von Abschlüssen nach IFRS inklusive der Durchführung der Konsolidierungsmaßnahmen und der Erstellung des Anhangs
• Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung ausgewählter Bilanzierungsthemen (IFRS und HGB)
• Verantwortung für die laufende Optimierung des Abschlusserstellungsprozesses
• Mitarbeit an interessanten Sonderprojekten
• Ansprechpartner für Wirtschaftsprüfer

Unsere Anforderungen

• Überdurchschnittlich erfolgreich Ausbildung als Buchhalter in Verbindung mit einer Zusatzqualifikation als Internationaler Bilanzbuchhalter (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Fundierte Berufserfahrung in einem international ausgerichteten Unternehmen vorzugsweise im produzierenden Gewerbe
• Sorgfältiger, strukturierter und selbstständiger Arbeitsstil mit hohem Qualitätsanspruch, hohes Maß an Engagement und Leistungsbereitschaft sowie eine ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit
• Gute Kenntnisse im Bereich IFRS/HGB/StR verbunden mit der Motivation zur selbständigen Weiterbildung
• Gute EDV-Kenntnisse in MS-Office und wünschenswert in SAP/R3-Modulen (Schwerpunkt FI und CO)
• Hohes Maß an Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie gute Englisch-Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
