YOUR MISSION

  • Support the translation of BU strategy into seasonal merchandising plans, contributing to portfolio focus, range optimization, and consistent assortment direction across markets and channels
  • Gather, consolidate, and apply consumer, trend, market, and channel insights to support seasonal planning, assortment decisions, and merchandising recommendations
  • Contribute to franchise planning and lifecycle management by supporting line planning, forecasting, and seasonal roadmap execution
  • Support the development and roll out of seasonal playbooks and global assortment plans in close collaboration with Product and Marketing to help achieve sales targets and KPIs
  • Assist in volume planning and market allocation activities, partnering with Commercial teams to align global priorities with local market needs
  • Monitor in-season performance and market feedback, using WHS and DTC data to identify opportunities and support monthly performance reviews and recaps.

YOUR TALENT

  • 2–3 years of experience in merchandising, GTM, commercial planning, or a related function, ideally within a consumer-focused or global organization
  • Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret consumer, market, and performance data to support business decisions
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Commercial teams, with a basic understanding of end-to-end GTM processes
  • Strong organizational and planning skills, with exposure to assortment planning, forecasting, or seasonal merchandising activities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, collaborate with different stakeholders, and contribute to projects in a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive and curious mindset, with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn and grow in a global environment.
