Senior Art Director

• We are seeking a Senior Art Director with a strong conceptual mindset and a highly refined visual standard.
• This role goes beyond execution. It requires someone who can lead ideas, define visual direction, and elevate the overall creative output across projects and teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the visual direction of integrated campaigns across digital, social, and brand platforms
• Partner with copywriters and creative leads to develop and refine campaign ideas
• Own the development of key visuals, content systems, and campaign executions
• Ensure consistency, quality, and craft across all deliverables
• Present and defend creative work with clear rationale to internal teams and clients
• Guide and mentor designers and art directors, raising the overall standard of work
• Contribute to shaping the creative output across accounts, not just assigned tasks

Experience & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience within a creative agency environment
• Proven experience leading campaigns from concept to execution
• A portfolio demonstrating:
• Strong conceptual thinking and idea development
• Integrated campaign work, not just isolated executions
• Exceptional level of craft and attention to detail
• Strong understanding of branding systems, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
• Experience working across digital, social, and full campaign ecosystems

Preferred

• Strong production knowledge across shoots, post-production, and execution workflows
• Understanding of motion and experience directing animation or film
• Experience within regional markets, particularly GCC
