• Solid background in IT

THE OPPORTUNITY

Join our Platform Team team as an IT Technician, where you'll contribute to a growing System and Support Team. You will work directly with user support on IT and systems, and you will also be working with other team members. Additionally, you will help improving the existing procedures for IT Support, HW/SW purchasing, data and system security including monitoring and reactions to incidents. Part of your role will entail supporting the Devops team with infrastructure automation as well as computer environment configuration.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Coordinate workflow for the Support team including some direct user support
• Manage the office infrastructure including backup procedures, internal servers, network, etc.
• Purchase hard and software policies including vendor negotiations
• Assist the retail team with IT decisions and technical support
• Handle administration across all business systems
• Provide computer installations and configurations
• Support developers in collaboration with the Devops team
• Manage data and system security (incl. GDPR) including policies and monitoring
