Daytime Caretaker at The Ground

You are a friendly and independent individual who can tidy the office spaces during the day. Being good with small fixes & tools is a plus. English & Swedish necessary. Responsibilities Include:

Tidying of the office space & light cleaning during the day

Easier repairs and maintenance tasks such as lamp replacements, watering the plants, waste disposal, printer maintenance

Package delivery to offices

Contact with The Ground’s network of builders, plumbers, electricians, etc. for bigger repair jobs

Requirements

Swedish & English fluency

Friendly attitude with house tenants

Class B driving license is a plus

Good ability to plan and execute your work
