We are seeking a reliable and motivated Backoffice Support professional to assist our operations in Germany on a Mini Job basis. The position provides broad exposure to Logistics, Customer Service, IMS, Supply Chain, Finance, and General Administration and supports the day-to-day operations of TSE Brakes GmbH.

Description: As part of Marmon Holdings, a Berkshire Hathaway company, this role supports administrative and operational activities across multiple business functions. The successful candidate will help ensure efficient processes, accurate documentation, and timely communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Role Focus

The Backoffice Support position serves as a flexible resource supporting IMS, Logistics, Customer Service; Supply Chain, Finance, and administrative activities. The role combines data management, document control, coordination, reporting, and communication tasks to maintain smooth business operations.

What You'll Do

Primary

  1. General/ cross department administrative tasks.
  2. IMS – Integrated Management System - support (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, work safety, maintenance control)
  3. Assist with invoice processing, filing, and finance-related administrative tasks.

Secondary

  1. Support inbound and outbound logistics administration and maintain shipment records.
  2. Support customer service activities including order administration and customer communication.
  3. Maintain supplier, customer, and operational records within company systems.
  4. Prepare reports, presentations, and business correspondence.
  5. Coordinate meetings, maintain filing systems, and support general office administration.
  6. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
