• 🏥 About the Role
• The Anaesthesiology and Critical Care Department is seeking experienced anaesthetists to join a high-performing multidisciplinary clinical team.

You will provide anaesthesia services across a broad range of surgical specialties including

• General Surgery
• Orthopaedics
• ENT
• Urology
• Ophthalmology
• Endoscopy and interventional procedures

• The role offers exposure to complex and high-acuity cases within a modern tertiary care environment.
• 🔍 Key Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-operative assessments and optimise perioperative care
• Deliver safe intra-operative anaesthesia and patient monitoring
• Manage perioperative complications and emergency responses
• Provide post-operative and acute pain management services
• Participate in on-call rotas and multidisciplinary inpatient care
• Supervise junior doctors and contribute to teaching activities
• Support quality improvement and clinical governance initiatives

✅ Candidate Requirements

• MBBS or equivalent medical degree
• Specialist qualification in Anaesthesiology (FRCA, FANZCA, FCAI, American/Canadian Board, or equivalent)
• Eligibility for specialist registration/licensing in Saudi Arabia
• Minimum 3 years’ post-specialist experience preferred
• Experience in tertiary or teaching hospitals advantageous
