About The Role

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Goal Setting, Team and Performance Management

  • Understand business strategy and supply chain strategy; able to define personal target as per departmental goals; Able to define self career development plan; Follow up and ensure individual performance meets expectation; Be self-motivated.
  • Ensure self behavior compliant to the regulations of EHS, HR and Administration, etc.
  • Able to set goal and development plan for the subordinates and conduct performance review properly.

Key Business Responsibility

  • Take ownership on short term demand forecast (month 0 ~ 3), lead collaborative forecast review with key direct accounts and distributors to contribute to improving demand insight to internal team.
  • Receive and confirm customer orders; follow up supply with intercompany suppliers; manage supply shortage and provide insight to top management on sales latest view.
  • Able to define appropriate supply strategy with reasonable supply lead-time as per demand type and business nature, manage finished product inventory and aging/blocked stock.
  • Take ownership of customer satisfaction; drive internal/external teams to improve customer experience.
  • Act as the planner for Korea, lead the Korea CSR to manage demand, supply and order execution; provide support and escalate to manager when needed.
  • Other tasks assigned by line managers, etc.
  • Potential job rotation/adjustment with other team members based on need.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Education: Bachelor degree or above; Major in SCM preferred.
  • Experiences: Minimum 6 years experiences in demand planning, supply planning and/or customer service functions; At least 2 years’ experience as supervisor.

Know-how/skills

  • Supply Chain knowledge on MRP/ERP.
  • SAP knowledge in SD section and/or MM section.
  • Logistics/Transportation knowledge.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Analytical, result-oriented, innovative, adaptable and good team player.
  • Good English skills in both spoken and written.
