Specialist South Asian Desserts Chef

Job Descriptions

1. Prepare traditional South Asian sweets including Gulab

Jamun, Jalebi, Kheer, Ras Malai, Barfi, and other desserts.

1. Develop new desserts recipes.
2. Maintain quality control and food safety standards.
3. Train Kitchen staff in specialist dessert preparation.
4. Manage desserts production and ingredient planning.

Requirements

1. Minimum 7 years' experience preparing authentic South

Asian desserts and sweets.

1. Experience in recipe development and quality planning.
2. Ability to work in a fast-paced dessert production

environment.
