Wang Yen Catering Limited t/a New Century located at Unit 1, Main Street, Ballygriffin House, Derrinturn, Co. Kildare, W91 P029, Ireland is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie (Chinese Cuisine) to prepare and cook authentic Chinese dishes while maintaining high standards of quality, presentation, and food safety. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook authentic Chinese cuisine to a high standard. Manage a designated kitchen section and ensure efficient daily operations. Maintain food quality, portion control, and presentation. Comply with HACCP, food safety, and hygiene standards. Monitor stock levels and minimise food waste. Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to ensure smooth service. Requirements Minimum 2 years' experience as a Chef or similar role in Chinese cuisine. Strong knowledge of Chinese cooking techniques, including wok cooking. Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Good teamwork, communication, and organisational skills. Knowledge of HACCP and food safety procedures. Qualification in relevant sector is desired. Salary: €36,605 per annum (subject to 39 hours weekly contract.)
