RETAIL TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST

We are seeking a Retail Training & Development Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This office-based role is responsible for the design, delivery, and evaluation of training programs that support the professional development of our retail store personnel.

Key Responsibilities

• ● Design and deliver structured training programs for retail store staff, including onboarding, product knowledge, customer service standards, and sales methodology
• ● Conduct training needs assessments across store locations and develop tailored curricula accordingly
• ● Produce training materials, documentation, and reference resources
• ● Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives, implementing improvements as required
• ● Provide store management with coaching frameworks and employee development plans
• ● Maintain awareness of industry best practices and evolving training methodologies

Skills Needed

• ● Demonstrated experience in training, coaching, or organizational development, preferably within a retail setting
• ● Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• ● Ability to translate organizational objectives into effective, actionable training content
• ● Strong organizational skills with a track record of program follow-through
• ● Capacity to work independently and manage time effectively
