Job Description: SHENG CONSTRUCTION LIMITED is seeking a highly skilled Carpenter to join our maintenance and property management team. We specialise in high-quality finishes across a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties in Dublin.

Key Responsibilities

• Installation & Fitting: Hanging doors, installing skirting boards, architraves, and fitting bespoke cabinetry.
• Structural Repairs: Repairing floor joists, roofing timbers, and partition walls.
• Kitchen & Bathroom: Precise fitting of worktops and cabinetry.
• Maintenance: Repairing windows, locks, and external timber features like decking and fencing.
• Site Management: Accurate material measurement and maintaining a safe, clean workspace.

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in carpentry and property maintenance.
• Driving License: Full clean driving license is highly preferred.
• Tools: Proficiency with and ownership of a professional-grade toolkit.
