About Us
Here at JOLT, we’re on a mission to accelerate the shift to zero-emissions mobility. Electric Vehicles (EVs) will play a pivotal role in supporting a future based on renewable energy. That’s why we are building a large-scale network of 100% renewable-powered, EV charging stations that are integrated with a premium digital street furniture product to make charging more convenient, fast and affordable.
Our electric vehicle charging stations are integrated with premium, digital street furniture advertising screens that provide our advertising partners a unique, authentic and sustainable media proposition. Complimenting the OOH offering is an in-app advertising proposition which allows a true omnichannel solution and provides a platform for brands to engage whilst someone is charging their vehicle. We’re on the lookout for a driven and strategic Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of clients and agencies. Manage new and existing client relationships, ensure campaign performance, and drive revenue growth by understanding client needs and proposing solutions. Key to this role will be a combination of proactive sales conversations with existing clients, as well as instigating new partnerships for the business. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, strategic thinking, and a proactive approach to business management.
Client Relationship Management

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, serving as the main point of contact for all client inquiries and requests.

- Conduct regular check-ins and meetings with clients to assess satisfaction levels, identify new opportunities, and address any concerns.
Account Growth and Revenue Generation

- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts to maximize revenue.

- Develop and implement account plans to drive growth and meet sales targets
Strategic Account Planning

- Develop strategic account plans aligned with client goals and objectives.

- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions and offerings to meet the unique needs of each client.
Forecasting and Reporting

- Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular reports on account performance to senior management.

- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for improvement.
Issue Resolution and Client Support
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure that client needs are met and expectations are exceeded at all times.
