The Mobile Nurse Practitioner provides comprehensive primary and/or specialty healthcare services to patients in facility-based settings including Board & Care Homes (B&C), Assisted Living Facilities (ALF), and Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF). This is a mobile role responsible for delivering patient-centered care directly in the field across Los Angeles and Orange County, with an immediate focus on the San Fernando Valley and West Los Angeles areas. ‎

What you bring

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited program and c urrent Nurse Practitioner certification.
• Minimum one (1) year of NP clinical experience or equivalent advanced practice experience.
• Active, unrestricted California RN and NP licenses.
• Active California Furnishing Number and DEA registration.
• Ability to travel throughout assigned service areas in Los Angeles and Orange County.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and care coordination skills.
• TB test required (CareMore Health business unit requirement).

Compensation Range

$119,313.00 to

$178,968.00

The anticipated base salary range represents the Company's good-faith estimate of the compensation it reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, skills, qualifications, geographic location, internal equity, and business needs.
