Our rolls requires a basic technical education, sometimes university level.

Experience

We require at least 3 years of relevant job experience for all rolls, mostly more.

Required experience for this roll

• Several years’ experience working as a Scrum master

• - Experience of teamwork with distributed teams
• - Hands on experience from R&D organizations
• - Experience in change management
• Work language: English

• Swedish
• Experience of project management, Scrum Master certification, telecom/TV

• - Lead and follow up on activities and initiatives according to Scrum
• - Facilitate the daily standup, set up retrospectives, sprint reviews
• - Shielding the team from interruptions during the sprint
• - Coach the team both on individual level and team level
• - Support the team in prioritizing the daily work
• - Manage team in different sites
• - The roll includes change management
• Location: Göteborg

UCG/Radio Support is a consulting company based in Kista in northern Stockholm. Regardless placement you will be employed by UCG, with Swedish salary and benifits.

The Consultant roll

As a consultant you may be placed at different customers. UCG will assist with extra training when needed. As a consultant we need you to be flexible and to easily adapt to a new environment.
