Your Role: Talent Acquisition Specialist

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist , you will be responsible for

Full-Cycle Recruitment: Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to interviewing and extending offers.
Strategic Planning: Working closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Talent Sourcing: Leveraging job boards, social media, networking events, and other channels to attract and engage top talent.
Candidate Experience: Ensuring a positive and seamless experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process, from application to onboarding.
Employer Branding: Supporting the development and enhancement of our employer brand with compelling job postings and active involvement in industry events.
