About The Role

Prepare surfaces for powder coating by cleaning, sanding, and applying appropriate pre-treatment chemicals under the guidance of the powder coater.
Assist in loading and unloading products onto the coating line, ensuring proper spacing and alignment.
Monitor the coating process alongside the powder coater to ensure proper coverage and adhesion.
Help maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage of materials and tools.
Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
Ability to lift and move objects as needed.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
Vacation Time: 2 weeks of paid vacation after first year (prorated for initial year).
Salary of 20.50$/ hour
Sick Leave: 40 hours of sick leave after first year (prorated for initial year).
