Role Description The Writer is a full-time, on-site role based in Rodriguez. This role focuses on creating clear, engaging written content that supports technology solutions, marketing initiatives, and internal communications. Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting and editing articles, blogs, case studies, and website content, as well as preparing documentation such as product descriptions, user guides, and project summaries. The Writer will collaborate closely with technical teams, project managers, and marketing colleagues to translate complex concepts into accessible language for various audiences. The role also involves conducting research to ensure accuracy, maintaining consistent tone and style across channels, and meeting deadlines for multiple concurrent content requests.

Qualifications

• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with the ability to produce concise, accurate, and engaging content for diverse audiences.
• Experience creating content for technology-related topics or services, with the ability to understand and explain complex concepts in simple terms.
• Capability to conduct thorough research, verify information, and align content with brand guidelines and organizational objectives.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally with technical, marketing, and operations teams.
• Strong organization and time management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in common productivity and content tools (e.g., word processing, collaboration platforms); familiarity with content management systems is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Journalism, Technical Writing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in IT, professional services, or technology-driven environments is preferred, as well as a demonstrated interest in emerging technologies.
