Apprentice

Operates in the Manitowoc facility and on-site as required, whilst work under instruction and with a Manitowoc technician on maintenance and repair of multiple models of equipment to ensure the equipment repaired is functioning properly. Provides technical support to internal/external customers and ASA's requests via email, phone or other methods for aftermarket service to include diagnostics, troubleshooting, and parts recommendations. Reports to Workshop Manager.
