• TransportUS Systems is a premier medical transport company. Drivers should be courteous and friendly and be
• able to deliver excellent customer service. Drivers must provide a current DMV printout when
• applying (Valid 30 days from application), must pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol test, pass an FBI

• Full-time/Part-time positions ($18.00 - $20.00 per Hour)
• This position has Health and Welfare paid at $5.00 per hour paid on all hours up to 40 hours only.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

• Drivers are responsible for pre-inspection check on all vehicles driving making sure all wheelchairs or
• any other devices are tied down properly; drive clients to and from destinations in a safe manner; must
• be able to communicate with clients, dispatchers, and supervisors regarding concerns and/or issues.
• Applicants must be familiar with using cellular phones and navigating around areas using a GPS. Ideal
• candidates should be self-motivated and responsible, have good communication skills, positive attitude
• and willing to go the extra mile.

Education &Training

• High school graduate or GED equivalent is preferred but not required. Valid CPR/First Aid card is
• preferred but not required
• Valid TN driver's license – Class F.
• Must have a driver’s license for at least five (5) years. No more than one (1) moving violation or one (1)
• at fault accident in the last three (3) years.

Working Conditions

• Drivers must be able to work in a fast pace environment. Driver must be able to assist clients
• transferring from wheelchair to chair and vice versa.

Work schedule

• Work hours will vary Monday-Friday and include occasional Saturdays and Sundays. Driver must be able
• to work extra hours and on weekends as needed.

Physical Requirements

• Driver must be able to pass the physical exam, and able to lift up to 100 LBS and push and pull up to 200
• LBS. Must be able to bend from the waist, pivot from waist, and be able to move from a standing
• position to kneeling position and back to standing.
