Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely preparation of monthly financial and management reports
  • Prepare journal entries and monthly balance sheet reconciliations
  • Perform analysis of departmental Profit & Loss statement
  • Follow up with departments on expenses accrual and reversal, and any other outstanding issues
  • Processing of invoices for vouchers and loyalty program
  • Perform any other duties/projects as assigned

Job Requirements

Education & Certification

  • Diploma or Degree in Accountancy or relevant discipline

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in accounting and finance with full sets experience, preferably with an MNC or hospitality industry

Other Prerequisites

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Meticulous and strong analytical skills
