Senior Project Engineer - Automation

• We are now looking for a Senior Project Engineer - Automation for one of our customers based in Oslo.
• Duration: 01.07.2026 - 30.06.2027

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in multidisciplinary project teams
• Plan, design, program, test, and commission projects
• Perform service and follow up on existing customers and installed systems
• Program 800xA controllers and HMIs
• Collaborate with and provide input to the sales organization

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, and/or technical vocational education within automation or a related field
• Experience with PLC/DCS programming is an advantage
• Knowledge of communication between HMI systems and PLCs (OPC, Profibus, Modbus, Comli)
• Ability to identify simple and practical solutions to complex problems
• Fluent in both Norwegian and English, written and spoken
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
• Some travel should be expected in connection with commissioning and service activities
