The company is seeking someone with strong experience in
- energy-based aesthetic devices,
- RF / laser technologies,
- aesthetic capital equipment,
- or closely related medical aesthetics sectors.
The ideal candidate already has
- strong relationships within the German aesthetics market,
- experience working with dermatologists and aesthetic clinics,
- a commercial mindset combined with relationship-building skills,
- and the ability to operate independently in a highly hands-on role.
This is not a purely operational or corporate management position. The client is specifically looking for a builder, a self-starter, and someone excited about creating long-term market success.
Requirements
- Native-level German
- Professional / proficient English
- Willingness to travel extensively across Germany
- Entrepreneurial and hands-on mindset
Additional Information
- Extensive travel across Germany expected
- No requirement to be based in a specific German city
- Candidates from outside Germany may also be considered if they can effectively operate in the market
- Initial onboarding and product training will take place in the UK
