Innovative Research and Development in RF-SOI and RF MEMS Switch

• Improving insertion loss and harmonic performance of switches through innovative circuit design.
• Reducing switch size via advanced circuit design without performance degradation.
• Conceptual design, structural simulation, and patenting of RF MEMS switches.
• Development of high-reliability contact materials to achieve switching lifetimes of one billion cycles or more.
• Key process development for RF MEMS switches, including sacrificial layer techniques

Your areas of expertise

• MSc or PhD in Electrical Engineering or equivalent background.
• 10+ years of experience on SOI RF Switch design, or 5+years of experience on MEMS RF Switch development.
• Hands on experience of RF Switch technology development or RF Switch performance improvement.
• Should be able to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team with good communication skills.
• Should be able to travel to China.
