About The Role
Job Summary
Blendtec is seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our commercial team. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth by following up on inbound leads, executing outbound sales efforts, and supporting the sales process from initial contact through order fulfillment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable engaging with customers in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Including the following, and other duties may be assigned
- Follow up on inbound leads generated from trade shows, events, and marketing initiatives to qualify opportunities and drive conversions
- Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective customers to generate new business opportunities
- Attend commercial trade shows and industry events to support booth operations, engage with customers, and generate new leads
- Manage and track sales activities and pipeline within CRM systems
- Support order entry, order confirmation, and coordination with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment
- Assist in lead distribution and assignment to appropriate sales channels or partners
- Maintain consistent communication with customers to build relationships and identify additional sales opportunities
- Collaborate with regional sales managers, distributors, and internal teams to support overall sales strategy
- Provide timely reporting and updates on lead status, pipeline activity, and sales performance
- Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Results-oriented with a focus on driving revenue and closing opportunities
- Team player with a collaborative mindset
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Qualifications and Requirements
- 1+ years of inside sales, customer service, or related experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Dynamics or Salesforce) is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Compensation Expectations
- Hourly Rate Range of $16.00 - 18.00
