About The Role

JOB SUMMARY

Assists with general operational support, promotions and events.

SPECIFIC DUTIES

  1. Assist with general operational support, programming, promotions, and events as

assigned by Station Manager, Faculty Advisor and/or Executive Board members

  1. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs (for moving equipment, etc.)
  2. Other duties and/or projects as assigned by the professional staff

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must have prior experience of 1-semester as part of the WDCE organization
  • Must possess problem solving and growth mindset with a positive attitude and an

initiative to resolve questions or concerns

  • Preferred qualification of a 1-hour (minimum) on-air show
  • Must attend all meetings as assigned (unless previously-approved absence)
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Google Forms and social media

platforms

  • Strong communication and administrative skills
  • Ability to multi-task, follow directions and work independently
  • Approx. 3-8 hours/week
