Control Algorithm Engineer

1.Responsible for scheme design, modeling and simulation, control algorithm design and optimization of servo control, flow control and other systems, as well as software implementation and on-site commissioning.

1. Collaborate with electrical, hydraulic, mechanical and testing teams to integrate and optimize the control system, and improve product performance and stability.

• Master’s degree in Control Science and Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation or other related majors.
• Work experience: At least 3 years of R&D and design experience in control systems and control algorithms.
• Core technical competencies: Solid foundation in control engineering; proficient in classical and modern control theories, such as PID, ADRC, robust control, etc.
• Skilled in at least one programming language such as C# and Python for algorithm prototype development and verification.
• Proficient in using Simulink and other tools for system modeling and control algorithm simulation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; willing to undertake challenging and tedious commissioning work.
• Excellent teamwork ability; capable of actively coordinating cross-functional teams to complete system development.
