About The Role

Drive client acquisition and expansion through solution-led business development
Lead customer onboarding, training, and adoption of AI-enabled products
Act as the primary interface between customers and internal product/tech teams
Design and deliver training sessions for clients and partners
Support pilots, demos, and post-implementation success
A degree in Business Management/Management Information Systems
At least 3-year similar experience, preferably in a microfinance or lending institution
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Poses good communication, presentation & interpersonal skills
Ability to manage client relations and tech savvy
Self-driven with a positive attitude
Be a team player
