About The Role

Our client is a leading high growth Tech company based in Shoreditch. They are seeking a professional and friendly receptionist to join their team. They are looking for someone who is organized, efficient, and personable, with excellent communication skills.

This is a part time position: 14:00 - 18:00, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday only. 12 hours per week.

Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct incoming calls to appropriate departments or individuals
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Standard email/slack response to queries
  • Looking after the reception desk and be the first point of contact for visitors
  • Assisting facilities manager with daily running of the office, stocking up consumables, accepting deliveries, etc.
  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating appointments and meetings
  • Perform basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, etc.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other basic computer skills
  • Proficent in Slack messaging to answer messages
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
