HR Payroll Lead

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Payroll Lead to join our HR team. This role goes beyond standard operations — it offers a great opportunity to shape, improve, and further develop payroll processes in a dynamic environment. We are specifically looking for a senior professional who enjoys working creatively on process improvements and driving efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with site-based HR Business Partners on monthly payroll-related topics, providing support, clarification, and recommendations
• Review and approve payroll payments to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Maintain close communication with the external payroll service provider and resolve payroll-related queries
• Support internal and external HR and payroll audits
• Actively contribute to the review, improvement, and digitalization of payroll processes
• Develop expertise in the reporting functionalities
• Support payroll-related projects
• Management of expatriate assignments
