Job Description

Responsibilities

• Production activities
• Supervise the production activities in the site and ensure the activities are
• performed in a safe and healthy way.

• Ensure the production team, both own employees and

• subcontractors, perform their activities considering safety and
• healthy as the highest priority.

• Motivate people to report unsafe/unhealthy behaviour/issues.
• Ensure exploitation according to the rules as set in the permits and

develop a yearly workplan to be approved by the local authorities.

• Control the activities are performed within the predefined budget

and alert the sales team on time when problems arise.

Operational Excellence Principles

• Supervise the Production activities in the Site according to the Operational
• Excellence principles.

• Motivate people to strive to continuous improvement.

Production Schedule

Ensure activities are performed according to the production schedule

• Collaborate with the production scheduler
• Align with production scheduler and if needed with production

• manager/operations manager when problems arise and/or the
• production schedule cannot be met
• Quality and quantity Strive to the optimal balance between customer demands and specifications
• in relation to quality, quantity, efficiency and cost.
• People Management Motivate and evaluate the team members to enhance team collaboration
