As an E2E Connected Supply Chain Associate, you will engage with clients to enhance their supply chain operations, focusing on delivering innovative solutions within our Management Consulting practice. You will contribute to projects that aim to optimize supply chain processes, leveraging your analytical skills to address complex challenges and drive efficiency. This role offers the chance to work directly with clients, building meaningful connections and understanding their unique needs.

As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagements while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful client connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, using these challenges as opportunities for growth.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will participate in project tasks, develop basic skills and knowledge, and respond effectively to diverse perspectives. You will use a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems, contributing to the overall strategy of your projects. Responsibilities

• Supporting client engagements by contributing to supply chain modernization initiatives
• Assisting in the development and implementation of supply chain strategies to enhance operational efficiency
• Engaging in process improvement activities to optimize distribution channels and inventory management
• Collaborating with teams to design flexible supply chain solutions that address client needs
• Participating in the analysis of market trends to inform strategic sourcing and procurement decisions
• Utilizing supply chain management software to monitor and improve supply chain performance
• Assisting in the management of logistics operations to streamline manufacturing processes
• Contributing to the identification and mitigation of supply chain risks to enhance client outcomes
• Engaging in budgetary management and cost accounting to support financial management objectives
• Collaborating with senior staff to deliver quality work and build meaningful client connections

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 2 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
