As a Associate – Digital Manufacturing, you will lead and manage client engagements within our Management Consulting network, focusing on digital transformation in manufacturing processes. You will be at the forefront of driving innovation and efficiency in product development and manufacturing operations. As a Manager, you will guide teams in delivering exceptional client service, leveraging your strategic planning skills and mentoring junior staff to achieve project goals. You will play a pivotal role in developing client relationships, navigating complex challenges, and upholding our firm's standards.

Responsibilities
- Leading digital manufacturing initiatives and managing client expectations effectively
- Guiding teams in the strategic planning and execution of product development projects
- Utilizing technical proficiency in lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to optimize production processes
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients to identify and address operational challenges
- Developing and overseeing the implementation of innovative manufacturing strategies and solutions
- Promoting the use of emerging technologies and leading practices across manufacturing operations
- Conducting feasibility studies and market trend analysis to inform product ideation and development
- Managing procurement and supply chain processes to enhance operational efficiency
- Coordinating product lifecycle management and production control activities to meet project timelines
- Supporting the development of go-to-market strategies and product positioning efforts
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
