As a Guidewire Testing- Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in our business application consulting team, specializing in consulting services for a variety of business applications. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support to optimize operational efficiency, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will leverage your skills to assist clients in the financial services industry, particularly within the insurance sector, to seamlessly integrate and utilize business applications.

As a Senior Associate, you will develop meaningful client connections and anticipate their needs, while navigating complex situations with confidence. You will guide and mentor team members, maintaining professional and technical standards, and using critical thinking to break down complex concepts. Your role will involve analyzing and identifying linkages within systems, taking ownership of projects, and collaborating with team leadership to validate quality, timelines, and deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing client needs to implement Guidewire solutions that optimize operational efficiency
• Leading the planning, execution, and completion of Guidewire testing projects, confirming alignment with client expectations
• Utilizing Guidewire InsuranceSuite, including ClaimCenter/PolicyCenter/Billing Center to deliver comprehensive testing services
• Conducting functional, regression, and user acceptance testing to validate software performance and quality
• Collaborating with team members to address conflicts and engage in constructive conversations with stakeholders
• Mentoring junior team members to enhance their skills and understanding of Guidewire applications
• Embracing technology and innovation to improve testing methodologies and project outcomes
• Upholding professional and technical standards, including adherence to PwC's code of conduct and independence requirements
• Developing and maintaining client relationships within the financial services and insurance sectors to support business growth
• Encouraging team members to explore skills outside their comfort zones and fostering a culture of continuous learning

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 4 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

• Candidate should have Guidewire/ any Property & Casualty insurance product/Guidewire testing/ Portal/Billing center/Claim center/Rating/Policy center
• Demonstrating proficiency in Guidewire InsuranceSuite and Guidewire Configuration
• Utilizing Automation Testing and Regression Testing methodologies
• Excelling in Quality Assurance Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Developing skills in analyzing complex systems and interactions
