As a Finance Business Partner Manager, you will play a pivotal role in providing financial advice and strategic guidance to clients, helping them optimize their financial performance and make informed business decisions. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will focus on managing financial processes and confirming compliance with regulations, handling tasks such as financial reporting, budgeting, and risk management. As a Manager, you will enhance your leadership style, motivating and developing your team to deliver quality results. You will be responsible for coaching and leveraging team members' unique strengths, managing performance to meet client expectations, and identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Buenos Aires, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will develop skills outside your comfort zone and encourage others to do the same, using the review of work as an opportunity to deepen the skills of team members. You will address conflicts or issues, engaging in difficult conversations with clients, team members, and other stakeholders, while upholding professional and technical standards, the firm's code of conduct, and independence requirements.

Responsibilities

• Leading financial analysis and strategic guidance to optimize client financial performance
• Managing financial processes and confirming compliance with regulations
• Overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and risk management activities
• Developing and mentoring team members to enhance their skills and performance
• Analyzing financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to support financial decision-making
• Utilizing financial reporting tools to generate accurate and timely reports
• Implementing internal controls to safeguard financial integrity
• Addressing conflicts and engaging in constructive conversations with team members and stakeholders
• Embracing technology and innovation to improve financial operations and processes

What You Must Have

• At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree
• At least 4 years of experience
• Background in Accounting and Financial Planning.
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
