As a Personal Independence Senior Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining regulatory compliance and managing risks for clients, providing advice and solutions to help organizations navigate complex regulatory landscapes and enhance their internal controls. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will be part of a team that focuses on governance, risk, controls, and compliance, confirming that clients can effectively mitigate risks.

As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work even when the path forward is unclear. Embracing ambiguity, you will use these moments as opportunities to grow and develop a deeper understanding of the business context.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will leverage a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems. Your ability to interpret data will inform insights and recommendations, helping to uphold and reinforce professional and technical standards.

Responsibilities

• Navigating complex regulatory landscapes to provide compliance solutions for clients
• Conducting risk analysis and controls testing to enhance internal controls
• Utilizing analytical thinking to interpret data and inform insights and recommendations
• Engaging in policy reviews and compliance frameworks to support regulatory compliance consulting
• Ensure compliance with PwC policies, including independence, ethics, and professional standards
• Interpret data to generate insights and support recommendations
• Identify risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvements
• Building meaningful client connections and managing stakeholder expectations
• Applying learning agility to adapt to changing business contexts and strategies
• Upholding professional and technical standards, including the Firm's code of conduct and independence requirements
• Collaborating with teams to perform compliance reviews and financial reporting tasks

What You Must Have

• At least a Graduation / Post graduation or the equivalent degree
• At least 4 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
