The Job

We are entering an exciting new phase in Eastern Europe as we shift from an indirect model to a direct to retail approach. With a solid foundation already in place, this transition represents our next step toward deeper market presence and stronger commercial execution. We’re building our Sales organization and are looking for two Sales Support Representatives to help shape this new team

As a Sales Support Representative at STICHD, you play a key role in managing the full order to cash process and ensuring exceptional service for both our customers and our sales teams. You will take ownership of order management, forecasting, and deliveries, providing reliable support to your assigned accounts. In addition, you will contribute to sales activities that help grow our business categories and brand portfolio, with the aim of maximizing revenue and profitability.

Your Mission

  • Deliver excellent service and support to our customers;
  • Oversee the full order to cash process and ensure deliveries meet agreed customer requirements;
  • Analyse and track sales and turnover results within your client portfolio, identifying commercial opportunities for the Sales team;
  • Propose actions and improvements to further strengthen the business;
  • Liaise between customer forecasts and internal stock planning to ensure accurate alignment;
  • Manage Accounts Receivable for your assigned accounts;
  • Continuously assess current ways of working and proactively explore new opportunities;
  • Serve as a sparring partner for Sales by advising, informing, and when needed, challenging them on collections, commercial opportunities, terms & conditions, replenishment methods, and logistics models;
  • Plan and prepare sales meetings together with the sales team;
  • Occasionally travel to markets, visit customers, and participate in International Sales Meetings;
  • Monitor the SMU and SH (special handling) processes where applicable, ensuring on-time delivery;
  • Work closely with our Warehouse in Tilburg to follow up on logistics processes;
  • Other occurring relevant activities and/or projects.

Your Talent

  • You have proven commercial experience developed in supportive or account supportive roles;
  • You have knowledge of international trade conditions, incoterms, export procedures and documentation;
  • Fluent written and verbal communication in English and Polish, any additional language is considered as a plus;
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel ( and knowledge of SAP is preferred as well as basic knowledge in BI);
  • You are a strong and positive team player with a solution focused approach and a high quality standard of execution and delivery;
  • Your aim is to sit in the control seat by proactive work, multitasking and working together with all different dept. within our organization to reach collective goals;
  • You are proactive and problem solving, eager to learn, self-starter, self-aware and self-confident, not afraid to speak up, hands-on; we learn by doing every day with a focus on improvement and development.
  • This role is based in Warsaw, Poland. Working remotely from other countries is not possible.
