We’re looking for a Creative Design Lead to lead our multidisciplinary design studio and shape how our brands come to life across every touchpoint. This is a hands-on leadership role in which you combine creative direction, team development and operational oversight—translating strategy into impactful design together with a talented team of designers.
Your Mission
As Creative Design Lead, you lead a studio of 2D and 3D designers and play a key role in shaping how our brands show up across campaigns, retail, digital and other brand touchpoints. You connect brand and business strategy to creative execution, guide projects from concept to delivery, and continuously raise the standard of design across the studio. Working closely with the Creative Director and cross-functional partners, you ensure our creative output is distinctive, consistent and always true to the brand.
- Lead, inspire and develop a multidisciplinary creative team across graphic, digital, campaign and spatial design;
- Translate brand strategy and briefs into clear visual direction, design systems and compelling storytelling;
- Partner closely with the Creative Director to define, elevate and safeguard creative direction and design quality;
- Oversee projects from first idea to final execution, balancing creative ambition with timelines, resources and business needs;
- Coach and mentor designers at different levels, building a collaborative, high-performing and growth-oriented studio culture;
- Manage workflow, priorities and resources, while continuously improving ways of working across the studio;
- Collaborate with category, marketing and product teams to deliver cohesive, brand-aligned creative solutions;
- Present creative concepts and rationale clearly and convincingly to senior stakeholders and external partners;
- Stay ahead of trends in fashion, retail and design, translating insights into relevant creative opportunities;
- Champion innovation in tools and processes, including AI, motion and 3D, to boost quality and efficiency.
Your Talent
- A Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, Visual Design or similar—or equivalent experience and 8+ years of experience in design, including at least 3 years in a leadership role within a brand, agency or retail environment;
- Proven experience leading teams and delivering work across 2D and 3D design;
- Strong leadership skills: you set direction, give clear feedback and know how to get the best out of people
- A strong portfolio spanning campaign, retail and digital work, from concept to execution;
- Excellent visual taste and attention to detail, combining strong concepts with refined execution;
- Experience working in a complex, multi-brand environment is a plus;
- Confidence working with cross-functional stakeholders and translating creative thinking into clear decisions;
- A strategic mindset that connects brand, business and consumer insight;
- Strong communication and presentation skills—you know how to tell a clear and compelling creative story;
- Well-organised and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment;
- High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, with familiarity with motion and 3D workflows;
- Curiosity for innovation, digital craft and emerging tools, including AI;
- Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.
- This role is based in Den Bosch, the Netherlands. Working remotely from other countries is not possible.

- Our salaries are based on 38 hours per week, but fulltime work is 40 hours per week. Instead, you c hoose between a lot of holidays; 40 per year ór choose for a 40-hour salary per month with still 28 holidays. You can switch every six months;
